“My passion is to provide athletes with the necessary instruction to advance athletic performance to the next level. I believe that I can motivate and develop young athletes to reach their goals by applying my knowledge as not only a coach, but also as a player. Every athlete is unique in their own abilities, and I am prepared to develop structured training to allow my athletes to grow and succeed on the field.”

4 Year Division 1 Starting Pitcher / Professional Pitcher NY Boulders

What to Expect:

Mobility Screening

Mobility is essential when developing proper mechanics and preventing injuries. Each pitcher will be put through a mobility screening upon the first lesson and will proceed based on the athlete's weaknesses.

Warm-up Like a Pro

Proper warm-up is crucial before making any throws. The athlete will be put through a basic dynamic warm-up, mobility circuit, and a tailored pre-throw arm care routine. (Bands, plyos, etc)

Mechanical Breakdown

During the first session with an athlete, video will be taken to look for any deficiencies in the athletes throwing mechanics. Drills may differ from athlete to athlete. I will then explain the solution and the drills that will help build efficient mechanics.

Pitch Creation & Development

We are here to take the athlete’s on field performance to an elite level. Learning to pitch with what you have while building velocity is the main goal. We will work on proper grips, sequencing, pitch design, and will develop an attack plan as lessons continue.
